  • Do you provide a trash bin?

    Yes, we provide a trash bin at no extra charge with your service.

  • What size are your trash bins?

    Our standard trash bins have a 96-gallon capacity.

  • When will my bin be delivered?

    Your bin will arrive within 24–72 hours once you've signed up for service.

  • What time will my trash be picked up?

    We don't guarantee a specific pickup time, as collection times can vary each week. Please have your bin at the curb or designated pickup location by 6:00 AM on your scheduled collection day.

  • When is my bill due?

    Monthly payments are due on the 1st of every month.

  • When are late fees charged?

    We operate on a 7-, 14-, and 21-day payment cycle: At 7 days past due, a late fee is applied. At 14 days past due, service is temporarily paused. At 21 days past due, service is canceled.

  • Do you offer automatic payments?

    Yes, we offer automatic payments. We recommend that all customers enroll in automatic payments for convenient, uninterrupted service.

  • Do you work with HOAs?

    Yes, we partner with homeowners associations and provide special rates for HOA communities. Please reach out to us for more information and pricing details.

  • What items are not accepted in the bins?

    For safety and disposal regulations, we cannot accept the following items: antifreeze, asbestos, construction materials, chemicals or hazardous materials, paint, batteries, trees or tree stumps, and dirt or soil. If you're uncertain whether an item is acceptable, please contact us before placing it in the bin.
